Insufficient backwash strength fails to fully flush sludge and suspended solids inside the tank, whose continuous accumulation compresses filter media irreversibly. The backwash function malfunctions, operation resistance rises constantly, and performance drops sharply with no remedy through routine maintenance and cleaning.

5. Improper pipeline design causing local high-pressure damage

Mismatched pipe diameters, excessive bends and messy layout create sudden local water pressure surges. Long-term high-pressure impact abrades tank connections, membrane housing ports and sealing parts, resulting in water leakage, pressure relief and unstable operation.
