This vertical UPVC filter is fully constructed of UPVC material with excellent corrosion resistance. It is applicable to corrosive water environments where stainless steel or carbon steel equipment cannot be deployed. Equipped with standard PP cotton filter cartridges, it achieves precise solid-liquid filtration and meets diverse anti-corrosion filtration requirements.
Ⅰ.Two series of specifications to cover various flow rate requirements
The product consists of two series: WD225 (5-cartridge model) and WD315 (9-cartridge model). Both series accept 10/20/30/40-inch filter cartridges to accommodate working scenarios with various flow rates.
1.WD225 5-Cartridge Series
Cylinder diameter: 255 mm; inlet & outlet port size: 48.5/50; each unit can hold 5 pcs of PP cotton filter cartridges, maximum working pressure: 0.6 MPa.
WD225-10: Height 455 mm, compatible with 10-inch cartridges
WD225-20: Height 710 mm, compatible with 20-inch cartridges
WD225-30: Height 965 mm, compatible with 30-inch cartridges
WD225-40: Height 1220 mm, compatible with 40-inch cartridges
Suitable for small production lines, laboratories and mini circulating water systems.
2.WD315 9-Cartridge Series
Cylinder diameter: 315 mm; inlet and outlet port size: 88.9/90. Each unit can be equipped with 9 PP cotton filter cartridges for higher water throughput. Maximum working pressure: 0.6 MPa.
WD315-10: Height 505 mm, compatible with 10-inch cartridges
WD315-20: Height 760 mm, compatible with 20-inch cartridges
WD315-30: Height 1000 mm, compatible with 30-inch cartridges
WD315-40: Height 1270 mm, compatible with 40-inch cartridges
A reserved mounting position for pressure relief valve is set on the top of the equipment. It will automatically release pressure when pressure exceeds 5 kg, suitable for high-flow industrial circulating water and chemical tank liquid filtration applications.
Ⅱ.Equipment Structure & Design Features
Central Bottom Water Distribution Structure
Water flows upward evenly from the central bottom of the tank, reducing hydraulic impact resistance on filter cartridges. A vent valve is installed at the tank top to discharge accumulated air inside the vessel.
Integrated Press Plate for Easy Cartridge Replacement
The base plate and top press plate adopt an integrated design. No extra positioning adjustment for cartridges is needed after opening the top cover, simplifying installation and replacement procedures.
A reserved G1/4 threaded port is set on the top cover for mounting vent valves and pressure gauges. Adapters are available for purchase separately if metric pressure gauges are required.
Pressure Relief Safety Configuration
The 9-cartridge model allows installation of a pressure relief valve on the tank top, which automatically relieves overpressure to ensure stable equipment operation.
Stable Operating Parameters
Max operating temperature: 45°C; rated maximum working pressure: 0.6 MPa.
The UPVC cylinder is rust-proof with zero metal leaching, making it applicable for food-related water treatment processes.
